Yes, regretfully. But it's a pity because it can be really useful. Imagine a kid, who suffers an accident and has a permanent mark to remind him of it. The only ones who can help there are plastic surgeons.
But then there are people who make their use of this skill for their selfish purposes and of course, that's the better deal for the physicians, because it's more money.
Money makes the world go round, was it? Yeah, I hope I won't break anything untill the time comes... Preferably nothing on my body. xDDD
